Telemarketing Executive

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our products or services over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to identify potential customers and their needs
• Contacting potential customers via telephone to promote our products or services
• Explaining product features and benefits to potential customers
• Answering customer questions and addressing concerns
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Recording and updating customer information in the database
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Proficient in using CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent
