Most of your work will be related to the Kupongo add-on and usually, it will be adding coupon codes, vouchers, and other helpful information for our users.

Responsibilities And Functions

• Transmit data from documents into computer files or databases.
• Extract information from electronic files and relevant databases as required.
• Ensure that the transmitted information is correct and accurate.
• Update new and existing information.
• Ensure regular backups are in place and data is secured.
• Validate data against the actual document to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and sort paperwork after the completion of entry.

Competencies and skills

• Fast typing is strongly preferred.
• An understanding and practical knowledge of processing tools and Excel spreadsheets.
• Knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication verbal and written.
• Great attention to detail is crucial.
