About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with proven experience and a passion for providing assistance and excellent customer experience through our diverse communication channels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide excellent customer service by being emphatic and professional in every interaction
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction.
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
  • Coordinate with help desk staff to troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.

You must have:

  • 1+ years of experience selling subscription-based services.
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Cold Calling, Prospecting, and Lead Generation (Desirable).
  • Advanced English level.
