Human Resources Coordinator

Join our dynamic Human Resources team as an HR Coordinator at Resorts World Bimini Bahamas! The Human Resources Coordinator performs various administrative duties directly supporting the Human Resources Department.

This individual will be responsible for onboarding, providing customer service support to team members, maintaining employee records, and coordinating team member events.

Work  and Education Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Associate’s degree or BSc/BA in HR Management/Hospitality and Tourism/Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices.
  • Experience with MS Office, HRIS systems, and HR databases.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle data and sensitive information with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
