Retail Sales Executive – Great Wall & Haval
Purpose of the Job
To achieve the agreed sales target for Great Wall Motors and Haval.
Job Accountabilities
- Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets for Great Wall Motors and Haval
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales
- Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded
- Deals with daily showroom visits customers, handle telephone inquiries and engage in prospects sales
- Ability to problem-solve and ultimately deliver sales results within set timeframes
- Maintain regular communication with all customers during the purchase and delivery process
- Continuously review, monitor, and evaluate sales opportunities and develop new sales strategies
- Prepares weekly sales report and submits to line manager
- Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager
- Adhere to company procedures, particularly around cash and credit handling, to ensure safety of cash and minimum bad debts
- Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities
Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- University or higher Diploma is the minimum acceptable education level
- Valid UAE driver’s license
- Proficient in English – Arabic fluency to be an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive experience
- Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach
- Good team player, experienced in a professional, high pressure, working environment
