Customer Service Admin

Full Job Description

  • To assist in answering phone calls and emails
  • To attend to customer enquiry, to provide quotation and follow up with customer on PO
  • General administrative duties such as filing, data entry and sorting of documents
  • To generate DO and job order to production team
  • To arrange goods to be delivered to customers and ensure documents have been signed and update the system accordingly
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice

Working Hours:

  • 8.00am to 5.30pm
  • 5 days work week
