Full Job Description
Urgent Requirement for CSE
- · Demonstrate professional wow behavior with customers/ colleagues.
- · Effective communication with sales on any customers related query/ issue.
- · Coordinate with accounts department to clear the Gate pass and sending the clearedgatepass to Delivery department.
- · Handling all telephone related calling as per principal’s norms.
- · Introduces relevant members to the customers during delivery of the vehicle.
- · Proper timely calling, capturing VOC and resolving any
- · Solving Apprehension/ doubts/ queries/ issues.
- · Managing all findings, sharing with relevant heads and preparing list of repeated offenders.
- · Keeping Delivery bags ready & Sending EW/ RSA to the customers.
- · Highlighting any select sales personnel having more complaints.
- · Informing respective department for which complaint is generate.
- · Works with all dealership departments to achieve team goals.
- · Resolve all customers’ complaints by ensuring regular follow-up with other departments.
- · Maintain highest professional representation
- · Adherence to all environment, health, safely, security measure for people, properly, cars.
Candidates who have experience in Tele caller , Tele performance , Tele sales are given first priority.
Fresher are also welcomed with good communication skills.
Job Location: Kalyan & Bhandup
Candidates from nearby location will be given 1st preference
Salary Type: 18,000 + Incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 per month
