- Undertake risk assessments such as incident investigation, corrective action, and audit and focus on improving the safety culture of the company
- Align, build and maintain safety standard operating procedures
- Develop awareness of policies for regular drivers and sorting hub members through training sessions
- Ensure compliance with policies through regular site safety walk-throughs with site team leads
- Establish an incident reporting system and ensure compliance
- Continuously build and improve the company’s safety culture through campaigns, safety training, awareness programs, structured toolbox agenda, induction programs, and other safety-related initiatives
- Collaborate closely with site operations staff and project manager on all safety and health issues
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience working within a warehousing and logistics environment would be a plus
- MOM registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
- Good knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good stakeholder management skills and is able to work with different departments and functions
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Able to work in the West of Singapore and willing to travel across different sites when required
