Caring for a brain injured/ elderly dementia patient with mobility issues. Duties usually start in the morning, getting patient out of bed and into bathroom for cleaning and dressing, cooking meals, laundry and household cleaning. There is plenty of not busy times throughout the day when companionship with the patient is required to stimulate her.

This position does not necessarily require the candidate to have a lot of training although it helps. Willingness to learn a tried and true system, with perhaps small changes from the prospective candidate. Must be able to work legally in Canada, with available documentation. May be able to sponsor for a LMIA for the right candidate. Room and board is supplied, as is a vehicle for use.

Candidate would have their own private room with bathroom, shower and wifi. The minimum wage has been posted. The right candidate may be able to increase this amount. This position is for someone that has and knows the meaning of integrity and loyalty. we are more interested in a “good fit” than someone who can just do the job. More than willing to help train the right person.
