JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure a safe environment through effective guarding, alert patrolling and ensuring strict access controls and monitoring of surveillance equipment.
• Be visible and observant at all times, greeting staff, guests, residents and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner.
• Respond swiftly and appropriately to distress calls, panic alarms and emergency calls.
• In times of ambiguity, maintain the company’s reputation with professionalism and legal compliance.
• Collaborate with other security officers for effective security coverage.
• Patrol property on foot to ensure adequate surveillance and early warning of incidents.
• Ensure guests/vendors/visitors sign in on entry and exit and make them aware of the rules as specified by client.
• Investigate and take the appropriate lawful action as authorized by the government policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents.
• Control and monitor surveillance equipment and perform building and equipment inspections.
• Report and record suspicious activity to supervisor/site managers.
• Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers and direct heavy traffic as & when required.
• Complete daily reports, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage and signatures of all involved stakeholders.
• Secure all doors, windows and exits, depending on shift.
• Prevent losses and damage to client property by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy & procedures and restraining trespassers.

• Take reasonable care of your own Health, Safety & Environment.
• Take reasonable care for the Health and Safety of anyone who may be affected by their own acts or omissions.
• Co-operate with your employer (IFMS) to enable the fulfillment of statutory obligations and other IFMS IMS requirements.
• To work towards the fulfillment of IFMS “Target Zero” objective (zero injuries, zero accidents, zero environmental incidents)
• To work towards the fulfillment of IFMS IMS/QHSE Policy – IFMS-IMS-GE-POL-01

EnMS

• Follow all EnMS procedures as per Inaya IMS
• Work towards improving energy efficiency and reducing Consumption
• Develop a mechanism to show energy savings YOY
• Increase awareness internally and at Client premises towards EnMS objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED1,800.00 – AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
