Security Guard

Responsibilities:

– Patrol and monitor premises regularly to ensure the security and safety of all individuals and property.
– Conduct routine inspections of access points, doors, windows, and gates to identify and prevent unauthorized access or breaches.
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect any suspicious activities or security breaches.
– Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms and take appropriate actions, including contacting the appropriate authorities if necessary.
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, daily activities, and irregularities, and submit timely reports.
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees, customers, and visitors with inquiries, directions, and other general assistance.
– Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
– Conduct security checks on vehicles, bags, or packages to prevent the introduction of unauthorized or dangerous items.
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and emergency medical services when required.
– Stay updated with security best practices, procedures, and regulations to maintain a high level of expertise in security operations.
– Participate in ongoing training programs and drills to enhance skills and preparedness for emergency situations.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
– Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar security role is preferred.
– Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Strong ethical standards and integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
