What does a Site Supervisor in Calgary do?

• Working as a client liaison between GardaWorld and the property for efficient operations.
• Regular communication regarding schedules, and day-to-day operations with shift leads.
• Continuously monitor staff performance for improvement within the team.
• Perform audits and inspections of the services and vendor personnel and ensuring clients requirements are met.
• Tracking and coordinating training for all guards
• Attend various meetings on a regular basis including but not limited to health and safety, security, performance, investigations etc.
• Supervise, lead, coordinate and organize security guards and teams as needed.
• This position reports directly to the Site Manager.

Qualifications To Become a Site Supervisor In Calgary

• A valid Alberta security guard license and first aid card
• Available to work flexible hours
• Must be living in Canada for minimum of five years to qualify for reliability clearance status check
• 1 year of experience in security minimum in a site security supervisor capacity
