Key job responsibilities
The Partner Marketing team within Amazon’s Corp. Bus Dev group enables partners across multiple verticals to resell our consumer service offerings including Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited, Kindle Unlimited, Audible and more. Our partners leverage Amazon’s services to drive differentiated offerings and streamlined access for their customers across the globe. The team is seeking a marketing & operational expert for the growing Fuse Partner Marketing team to coordinate highly efficient marketing campaigns across all partners in the region, helping to manage, organize and approve shared marketing resources within the APAC & ANZ region.
The chosen candidate will be expected to partner with multiple Senior Partner Marketing Manager(s) in architecting, planning, and managing overall partner campaigns, including but not limited to, owning project deliverables, setting key go-to-market milestones, doing feasibility assessments, overseeing partner asset production, managing creative approval and quality (including brand, studios, and legal compliance)
- Creating scalable infrastructure & processes in the region to deliver necessary assets, messaging & other content in a timely and convenient way to our partners.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to use this infrastructure to deliver local and global assets, content, title recommendations, and campaigns to partners in the region.
- Oversee creative approval process among Amazon internal stakeholders & external agencies for partner marketing campaigns across the region.
- Owning marketing budget tracking for the regions
- Ensuring strong communications and collaboration with internal stakeholder teams.
- Owning marketing relationships for certain partners.
- Building modular campaign frameworks for our partners across countries, scaling that to a regional model.
- Serve as POC for internal tools, brand guidelines, and marketing effectiveness tracking initiatives.
- Oversee partner events/ activations.
Basic Qualifications
- 5-7 year experience in marketing in film, media, music, television or gaming, or creative marketing at an agency role.
- Experience in working closely in a partner marketing role and/ or with creative agencies to lead workflow processes and mechanisms for agreed SOW oversee creative production scope, budgeting, time, and resources.
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Strong time & conflict management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- A passion for managing details to optimize programs, tools, and creativity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to view partners as customers, focusing on their needs and goals, and driving programs for customers that drive great results for partners.
- The ability to speak any of the other SEA languages (Tagalog, Thai, Bahasa) is an added advantage
- Experience in the development of assets such as trailers/ key art/ outdoor advertising and other paid media and social campaign placements is an added advantage.
- Experience working with project management tools (such as Airtable) is also an added advantage
