Job Description

Four Seasons Durians is a homegrown F&B family business with a history of 20 years. We specialize in durian pastries such as durian puffs, durian cakes, durian mochis, and just about every durian product under the sun.

An ideal candidate is a person who can oversee the processing of orders and fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors.

As a Data Entry a typical day of responsibilities might include the following:

Entering customer and account data from source documents
Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
Assist in day-to-day financial transactions and data entry into the system
Handle Invoicing / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivables
Assist with the administrative task such as filling out forms, filing, and answering phone calls and emails.
Handles ad hoc assignments as and when required.
