Responsibilities

• Liaising and working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop adequate talent acquisition strategies to meet these needs
• Identifying manpower recruitment issues with viable proposals on recruitment initiatives to meet the desired outcomes
• Conducts background checks, negotiates pay packages & presents employment offers to selected candidates
• Creates new hire information packs, develops content & delivers orientation sessions for new hires
• Evaluate post-event effectiveness by conducting an employee engagement survey
• Update and maintain employees’ personal data and records
• Organize and implement company employee engagement events and initiatives
• Engage with employees to gain insights into on-the-ground sentiments and promote staff engagement initiatives and staff development programs

Requirements

• Min Diploma in HRM or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, proactive, and a good team player
• Able to start work immediately or at short notice
