Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
The AME will report to the Base Engineer and ultimately to the Director of Maintenance. The successful candidate will perform the maintenance, repairs, modification, overhauls, and alterations of SkyCare’s aircrafts. All maintenance activities will be accomplished in accordance with policies, procedures and instructions contained in the MCM, MPM and Transport Canada requirements. This position has a modified work schedule that is a week on/week off.
Qualifications:
- Valid Transport Canada issued AME M1 license required/M2 rating an asset
- Previous experience with Aircraft Maintenance Systems (AMS) an asset
- Previous experience with Navajo Chieftain and Metro/Merlin aircraft an asset
- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent trouble shooting skills
- A strong commitment to Safety & Compliance
- Motivated and self-directed with a desire to contribute to SkyCare’s success
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with education and experience.

Salary: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
