I am a content creator with over 4.4 million followers across social media. I’m looking for a Personal Assistant / Social Media Intern to help with publishing, administration, taking pictures, organization, and other personal tasks. This position can operate as an internship or contractor depending on the level of experience and background.

Task

• Publishing, reposting, scheduling existing content across social media platforms
• Taking pictures (and help creator film videos if needed)
• Prepare videos to launch (captions, SEO, tags, descriptions)
• Community engagement (replying to comments and DMs)
• Doing research into various topics as required
• Design video thumbnails, banners
• Handle personal errands (including making travel arrangements, placing product orders, ironing, picking up meals and beverages, organizing apartment, etc.)
• Tracking expenses and compile monthly expense reports
• Assist with filing and organization of documents, projects, folders

Requirements:

• Excellent organization & communication skills
• On-time and responsible, attention to details
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in an environment with dynamic priorities
• Discretion, maintaining complete confidentiality
• Can meet deadlines, good time management skill
• Have an eye for aesthetic and graphic design
• Familiar working with almost every content creation platform: Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Adobe Creative Suite & design templates in Canva or Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
• Previous experience in content creation or admin work is an asset

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Part-time hours: 8 per week

Salary: $500.00 per month
