As a member of an international team dedicated exclusively to the development of internal software for the sales department, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s sales tools, including CRM applications, equipment configuration, price management, quotes, and orders systems.
Design, develop, and maintain CRM and CPQ applications.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to understand their needs, provide and maintain reliable and effective solutions.
Integrate third-party systems to extend the functionality of existing sales tools.
Manage end-to-end development projects, from conception to delivery.
Ensure the quality and maintenance of developed IT solutions.
Stay updated on technological trends and propose new techniques and methods, such as AI-powered multivariate analysis and classification, to improve sales tools.
Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in application development and software architecture definition.
Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, Mongo, etc.).
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
Proficiency in collaborative development methods and tools (Git, Jira, Scrum, etc.).
Autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to manage end-to-end development projects.
Fluent spoken and written English.
