Field Support Warrior Job in Mumbai

I. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

II. Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks

III. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

IV. Produce timely and detailed service reports

V. Document processes

VI. Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems

VII. Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols

VIII. Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization

IX. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

X. Build positive relationships with customers

Must have BIKE and MOBILE PHONE

Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
