IT-Related Support Person

Job Information:

  • Providing technical support in the end-user service for all IT-related support questions and service requests
  • Receiving events and work requests by phone, service portal and chat service
  • Service event management, recording, advice and resolution
  • Forwarding service requests to responsible production teams and third parties
  • Various authorization management tasks
  • Informing end users about the status of service requests
  • Maintenance of customer-specific instructions

Job Experience:

  • Relevant educational background (e.g. computer science degree)
  • We consider previous Service Desk work experience and experience in managing and using Active Directory an advantage
  • Good IT skills (operating systems, device environments, software and mobile devices)
  • Excellent customer service skills
