IT-Related Support Person
Job Information:
- Providing technical support in the end-user service for all IT-related support questions and service requests
- Receiving events and work requests by phone, service portal and chat service
- Service event management, recording, advice and resolution
- Forwarding service requests to responsible production teams and third parties
- Various authorization management tasks
- Informing end users about the status of service requests
- Maintenance of customer-specific instructions
Job Experience:
- Relevant educational background (e.g. computer science degree)
- We consider previous Service Desk work experience and experience in managing and using Active Directory an advantage
- Good IT skills (operating systems, device environments, software and mobile devices)
- Excellent customer service skills
