Sales marketing manager
Taylor Stevenson are proud to be working in partnership with our manufacturing client based in Semley.
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to support with growth, drive improvement and lead change. The sales and marketing manager will be directly responsible for the marketing and selling of products.
You will be supporting the managing director in delivering the company’s marketing and sales strategy on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities-
- Planning and implementing the promotion of products.
- Increasing, managing and closing the sales inflows.
- Raising brand awareness through sound strategies agreed by the board.
- Organizing and managing all Public Relations, media, events including social and online presence (Instagram, Facebook and YouTube).
- Use initiative and be resourceful in implementing a cost-effective strategy that provides maximum value to the company
- Meeting with the finance team and managing director on a regular basis to review the company’s sales performance against the KPI’s set out by the board
- Analytic data reporting, guiding strategy.
- Build a client base through email campaign creation.
- Media planning, creation, gathering and editing.
- Develop new marketing opportunities through new and existing avenues worldwide.
- Managing customer expectations and demands in line with commercial, contractual commitments and financial budgets.
- Work with the operations team in managing delivery schedules and interface with the customer.
- Build an interface with each department to support new business development objectives.
Experience Required-
- Demonstrate, with examples, experience in Marketing and selling high-value complex products or similar.
- Demonstrate you have independently created sales revenues of 2M plus
- Experience working in a dynamic start-up / scale-up environment
- Demonstrate examples of delivering profitable marketing and sales strategies on time and to budget
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently where required
- Some experience with the motorcycle or equivalent motorsport industry is desirable.
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Basic salary- £50,000. Incentive- OTE £100,000+
