· Being abreast with updates in laws of indirect taxes

· Responsible for appointment of CHA, forwarder, shipping lines and insurers as the case may be

· Co-ordinate with accounts for opening of LC for imports and negotiating LC for exports

· Maintain license and benefits records and ensuring that maximum available benefit is availed by the company

· Generate and compile documents required by CHA, excise, forwarder and customs during import and export transaction

· Being in touch with CHA / forwarded during the transaction execution and providing them with data and documents as required

· Ensure the export / import transaction goes through smoothly

· Liaison with indirect tax authorities and answering any notices by them

· Liaison with advocates and hired experts for disputes with indirect tax authorities

· Attend the hearing of the indirect tax authorities

· Keep management informed about the liaisons with indirect tax authorities

Take up any other work as assigned by the Seniors from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
