We are looking for a
STORE MANAGER for an important fashion accessories store in North Rome
The resource will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales area independently
- Coordinate and form a team of at least 6 people
- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives
- Ensure the achievement of assigned sales budgets and commercial indicators
- Manage the layout and visual merchandising activities of the products in the store
- Organize warehouse inventory activities
- Participate in the selection of the store’s staff and transfer professional behaviors and contents to the staff through support and training actions
- Constantly monitor the quality of the service offered by all team members
- Guarantee the application of company procedures and policies
- Guarantee periodic and daily reporting activities.
The Ideal Candidate Must Necessarily Have the:
- Experience of at least 2 years in the same role, preferably in the clothing, jewelry, and accessories sector
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Mastery of CRM systems
- Maximum autonomy, excellent leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work from Monday to Sunday
Employment contract: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed-term contract
