Medical Transcription Jobs in Hyderabad

We are seeking highly skilled Medical Scribe/Transcription Specialists for our growing team in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore. As a Medical Scribe/Transcription Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical reports and documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the confidentiality and security of patient information.

Key Responsibilities:

Transcribe medical reports and documents accurately and efficiently, using dictation software and other technologies as needed
Understand and apply medical terminology and concepts, anatomy and physiology, and other healthcare industry knowledge to ensure accurate documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA and other privacy laws and guidelines
Perform quality assurance checks on transcribed documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and documentation of patient care
Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information at all times
Participate in training and continuing education to stay current on industry developments and best practices
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any field
1-3 years of experience in Medical Scribe/Transcription for Senior Process Executive role, 4-8 years for Subject Matter Expert role, and 8-12 years as Team Lead with Medical Scribe/Transcription experience for a brief period as mandate
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and other healthcare industry concepts
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technologies
Willingness to work night shift as required
