The Opportunity

You will be providing high quality support to the Talent Acquisition team in order to deliver end to end recruitment solutions across the business, and focusing on creating a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated support to the Talent Acquisition Team with end-to-end recruitment processes (Including scheduling interview, Resume screening, reference check, background check & offer stage management etc.)
  • Assist in managing the relationship between hiring Managers and the People & Culture team by providing timely support
  • Be the subject matter expert in HRIS- Workday and responsible for end to end process driven Talent Acuqisition’s system compliance
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and data analysis projects
  • Responsible for drafting Talent Acquisition newsletter and employee referral program documents
  • Provide assistance with business support for the recruitment function within the People and Culture team as required
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful for the role, you should have a “can do” attitude with a proactive approach. Relevant experience / skills include:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Any previous work experience within HR or Sales is preferred
  • Familiar and passionate in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service by answering enquiries in person, by telephone and by email
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to write, speak and interact clearly, consistently and professionally
  • Ability to deliver results in a high pressure, fast pased business environment
  • Resilience and can-do attitude is essential
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines within a short timeframe with great time management skillset
