Profile: Experience Enhancers (Facilitators)
The Institute is into re-imagining after-school education in India. We are developing an experiential
learning model for each chapter of CBSE curriculum for students to understand the K10 concepts by
‘Learn by doing’ method rather than the one-way learning process used by the institutions today.

Role Definition: We are looking for Facilitators/ Teachers who are hoping to bring a change in the education
sector of the country and have a passion to teach. The role will be to promote student’s learning and be
accountable for their progress and development within the classes you teach. The profile will be responsible for
delivering high quality teaching, creating a fun and engaging environment using the teaching modules and
raising standards of student’s performance and attitudes to learning.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting classes as per the defined experiential teaching modules
• Ensuring high quality learning environment
• End to end management of student portal for your assigned classes
• Timely assessments of tests and worksheets for your assigned classes
• Conducting doubts sessions as and when required to enhance student’s performance
• End-to-end responsibility of students’ performance for the assigned classes
• Maintaining the database of the internal templates of the organization

Preferred Skill Sets:

• Keen interest in education and mentoring kids
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following subjects: English, Math, Science, Social Science
• Effective Time management

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: ₹100,000.00 – ₹220,000.00 per year
