- Insurance Premium Remittance
- Remittances of premium amount for Six Insurance partners on daily basis
- Tracking of Issuance of policies
- Tracking of underwriting cases
- Tracking of non issuance of cases
- MIS to be publish
- Tracking of discrepancy cases on daily basis
- Branch follow up for closure of discrepant cases
- TAT monitoring
- Loan linking in system
- Cancellation of Policy/Loan
- Raising of cancellation requests on daily basis related to all insurance partners
- Tracking of refunds directly raised with partners
- MIS to be publish on daily basis to stakeholders
- Closure of unidentified refund amount received from Insurance partners
- Closure cancellation request with adjustment within loan account (POS)
- Tracking of open cases with insurance bucket
- TAT monitoring
- Claims Processing
- Claims to be process centrally for all insurance partners
- Reconciliation of GL
- Reconciliation to be done on daily basis internally for cases getting booked under insurance charges
- Reconciliation sign off with partners
- Monthly, Qty sign off to be taken from all insurance partners
- Training
- Branch training to be arrange for more clarification on insurance updates
- System Development
- Applicable changes with insurance partners to be taken up for system development
