Job Description

Requirement:

Any Full time Non-Technical Graduate with 9 months to 5 years of work experience

Other Details:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and night shifts
• Prior experience in international webchat process is preferred
• Should be able to handle all inbound customer service webchat

Eligibility:

1. Candidatesfrom any graduation stream with 9 months to 5 years of relevant workexperience. Full Time Graduation. (B.E, B.sc-IT, B.Tech and MCA are notallowed).2. Shouldhave good communication skills
3. Candidateswith gaps in education or employment of more than 2 years are requested not toapply.

4. Minimum15yrs of full time education is must (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)

5. Graduates through Open Universities/ Correspondence are requested not to apply.

6. Candidatesshould be willing to work in Night/ Rotational Shift

7. ShouldNOT have attended TCS interviews in the past 6 months.
