Objective-To teach children in the slums of Lucknow according to their educational needs and to provide them an environment of love, care, and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Teaching children according to the lesson plans provided by Sarthak Foundation.
- Ensuring a happy and safe environment in the classes.
- Building a bond with the children and community.
- Ensuring a good attendance level of children.
- Maintaining a high score on class discipline.
- Conducting and evaluating tests for children.
- Assessing, recording and reporting the development and progress of children.
- Ensuring safe custody and maximum utilization of books, stationery, games and other teaching aids to make curriculum delivery creative and impactful.
- Counselling children for their socio – emotional needs.
- Conducting parents teacher meetings
- Attending Educator Training sessions conducted by the Foundation.
- Ensuring that the database is timely updated.
Working Hours– Monday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Salary – INR 8,000 – INR 10,000 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹11,000.00 per month
