Bangalore’s slum areas. We’re searching for a dedicated individual who can teach in both Kannada and English, fostering a love for learning and empowerment in our young learners.

Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging lessons in both Kannada and English languages for children from slum communities.
Create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment that promotes active participation.
Tailor teaching techniques to cater to diverse learning needs.
Monitor progress and provide necessary guidance to each student.

Requirements:

Proficiency in both Kannada and English languages.
Compassion, patience, and an understanding of the challenges faced by underprivileged children.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Schedule:

Teaching Hours: 2 hours/day
Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday off)
Timings: 4-6 PM

Compensation:

Monthly Salary: INR 8,000 – 15,000 (Depending on the ability to take responsibility)
