Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team on-site. As an English Teacher at Ashutosh Educational Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the language skills and exam strategies of our students.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective and engaging English language instruction to students preparing for competitive exams.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans that align with the specific exam syllabi and requirements.
• Provide guidance and strategies for tackling various sections of the competitive exams, including reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and writing.
• Create a motivating and conducive classroom environment that fosters active learning and student participation.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing targeted improvement plans.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in exam patterns and content to ensure the relevance of your teaching materials.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our teaching methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in teaching English, especially for competitive exams like PPSC, PSSSB, SSC, and Banking.
• Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
• Familiarity with the specific requirements and patterns of competitive exams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students succeed in their exam preparations.
• Dynamic and innovative teaching approach that caters to diverse learning styles.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹7,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
