An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the rTriibe team to support secondary schools in Mansfield to work on a supply basis including day to day roles as well as on a short/long term basis

This position is ideal for someone who is looking to start a career in education or has a genuine interest in working with children.

The Role:

As an Unqualified Teacher, you will work closely with experienced educators and support staff to deliver engaging lessons and support pupils

• Assisting qualified teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
• Supporting pupils with their academic progress and personal development.
• Facilitating classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to pupils who require additional assistance.
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
• Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the school.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in education or supervisory background in a busy environment like retail or hospitality
• Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A positive and patient attitude towards pupils’ individual needs and learning styles.
• Flexibility to work under the guidance of experienced teachers and adapt to changing circumstances.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Salary: £77.50-£80.00 per day
