Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the rTriibe team to support secondary schools in Mansfield to work on a supply basis including day to day roles as well as on a short/long term basis
This position is ideal for someone who is looking to start a career in education or has a genuine interest in working with children.
The Role:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will work closely with experienced educators and support staff to deliver engaging lessons and support pupils
- Assisting qualified teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
- Supporting pupils with their academic progress and personal development.
- Facilitating classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to pupils who require additional assistance.
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
- Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the school.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in education or supervisory background in a busy environment like retail or hospitality
- Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A positive and patient attitude towards pupils’ individual needs and learning styles.
- Flexibility to work under the guidance of experienced teachers and adapt to changing circumstances.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Salary: £77.50-£80.00 per day

- Mansfield, Nottinghamshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (preferred)
