Your role is to help customers who have purchased your product get more out of the new Apple technology. A day at the Apple Store is full of intensive support and service activities. We can help customers get started with the Mac, or answer their questions about other Apple devices.
No matter what you do, you are always ready to share your knowledge and provide the best possible support. Satisfaction comes from providing solutions and insights to each customer and taking Apple to the next level. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Explanation

Our technical specialists help new buyers get started and provide fast and efficient support for existing users to build a close and positive relationship with Apple. When a customer needs help, we quickly get to the point.
Sometimes, the stores use their knowledge of the latest Apple technologies to serve customers with advice or solutions while resolving issues with their iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices. In some cases, customers are directed to a support team member who can help get their device up and running again.
You can also provide personal training to new clients to help them gain the basic skills they need to start their photography, video, and music projects. By providing the best support to our customers, we contribute to the entire store. Technical Specialists are essential to Apple’s success, helping to maintain close relationships with Apple and its customers.
