Come join our team! We are looking for a passionate and highly organized administrative professional to support our Service Solutions Operations Senior Leaders and team in Beaverton, Oregon.
Responsibilities:
Enhance the SSO Americas Leadership team’s efficiency by handling priorities that include booking appointments, travel, expense reporting, and maintaining frequently changing calendars through Outlook, to include high-level, confidential meetings.
Organize, manage, track, and communicate project deadlines and deliverables for the leadership team
Author, review and distribute organization-wide announcements and handle sensitive, confidential correspondence and communications.
Manage all engagement arrangements and logistics for team events including conference space and catering.
Book and manage travel arrangements including changes and cancellations.
Provide accurate and timely financial organization by creating, tracking, and submitting expense reports.
Assist with team building initiatives and overall support of organizational change, morale, rewards, and training.
Use discernment in accordance with company objectives to creatively tackle problems.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience supporting leaders and large organizations.
Experience taking on all aspects of administrative support including: calendaring, expense reporting, booking travel, and event planning.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work prioritize work tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of building efficient workflows in a fast paced, nationwide department.
High level of emotional maturity with the ability to navigate and manage confidential situations and information.
Demonstrated digital literacy using Microsoft software including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
