Job description
The job is to reach out to various customers over the phone, explain to them our project details, and Understand the Customer requirements.
Experience
- Required at least 1-year of experience Candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.
- Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right project to the Customers.
- Explaining the project details.
- Understand the Customer requirements. And encourage them to the site visit.
Skill and Competencies required
- Business Knowledge Process Knowledge.
- Customer Orientation.
- Language skills English / Regional language.
- Telemarketing / Selling Skills.
- Basic computer skills MS Excel, Word.
Education
- UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization
