Customer Support Agents – Urgently required to join a Global Logistics Business.

The role : – Will be busy and varied, and at times you will need to produce quality work whilst working under pressure to achieve the customers SLA’s
- Working with a large number of clients and logging orders
- Providing first class customer service to internal and external clients
- Working within agreed timescales
- Liaising with depot operations in order to problem solve queries
- Daily communication with established customers by phone, and using the in-house CRM systems to implement long term solutions to customer issues
