Front Desk Receptionist
Full Job Description
Responsibilities
- You will act as the face of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome.
- Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers.
- Handling EPBAX and maintaining records.
- Greeting all walk-ins, and visitors and maintaining their records.
- Receiving vendor’s bills, and maintaining their record.
- Ensuring proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and hygiene in the office.
- Making travel bookings and reservations for all executives and employees.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
- Coordinating the interview process with Recruitment Team.
- Inventory Management
- Updating Leave Cards (Maintaining the manual document of the Employees applying for leaves).
- Assisting the HR team in Joining and exit formalities.
- Good communication skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Manage Social Media accounts of the company
Desired Candidate Profile
- Female Candidates ONLY
- Must be able to communicate in English writing and speaking and other languages are an advantage
- Good personality and charming and should be able to represent himself/herself on behalf of the company.
- The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easygoing personality while being perceptive and disciplined.
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in Front Office Handling.
- Candidates with 5-star Hotel Reception will be given preference.
- Must be a team player
- Must have excellent knowledge of Computers and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
