Job Description :Maintain all UPS in working condition
Coordinate with management regarding any complaints received, or request related to UPS
Execute all UPS maintenance tasks including the repair/replacement of UPS system
Regularly check all critical UPS.
Ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance plan of all UPS.
Provide technical support or guidance to off campuses on need basis.
Keep updated inventory of UPS.
Monitor, supervise and resolve all complaints related to HV AC.
Perform all preventative and maintenance tasks as scheduled.
Repair and maintain all refrigerator, FCU, chillers and AHU; monitor chiller and AHU readings and preventative maintenance tasks are performed as scheduled.
Ensure cooling towers, motors, water pumps, seals etc. are all properly maintained.
Ensure butterfly valves are appropriately serviced.
Monitoring all AC and HVAC technicians.
Implementation of preventive maintenance schedules of HVAC, AC and water coolers.
Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor / Head of Department.
