Responsibilities:
- Night audit coverage required when needed
- Greeting and acknowledging guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensuring guest arrival and departures are handled in a confident, professional and friendly manner
- Making reservations for future arrivals and ensure special attention to details are taken
- Promote knowledgeable about the Hotel and its features, and the surrounding areas
- Handling cash and credit card transactions for guest accounts
- Balancing and maintaining cash floats
- Communicating with other departments to maintain a positive guest experience
- Other duties as assigned

- Previous guest service experience
- Enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to adapt and think creatively
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication in English
