Basecamp523 is a tour operator that deals with active and responsible tourism and offers highly experiential activities. The goal of Basecamp523 is to inspire the visitor through immersion in nature, making him the protagonist of the activities proposed in collaboration with local communities. The aim is to get out of the most traveled areas to rediscover the authenticity of the most remote places. This is responsible tourism that leverages sustainability to enhance rural areas and decentralize tourism from the coast to the mountains.

The role offered includes the following tasks:

• Conducting market research and cost-benefit analysis of the selected opportunities;
• Identification and management of new partners and sales channels;
• Support in product creation and development by coordinating logistics and developing programs related to the target audience;
• Development of copywriting and marketing of the product by updating the site and additional sales channels, including the management of the News Letter;
• Support in the management of reservations and customer service for the sale of the product;

Required skills:

• Passion for the outdoor world and active tourism
• Agility and resourcefulness in completing varied tasks independently;
• University degree in tourism economics, marketing, or communication sciences, alternatively previous experience in tourism;
• Knowledge of the English language;
• Knowledge of copywriting techniques is considered a plus;
• Familiarity with the Office package;
