You are key in managing travel arrangements for our employees, providing them with a seamless travel experience from start to finish. From booking flights and hotels to managing a variety of travel-related tasks, you’ll work closely across the organization to ensure their travel needs are met while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Book and arrange travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Manage a variety of travel-related tasks, including ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Arrange travel for the company aircraft
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience in corporate travel planning or related field (preferably internal to the company)
• Familiarity with travel booking software and tools. (GDP experience required, Amadeus or Sabre experience is a plus)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
• International travel experience a plus
• Prior experience working with C-Suite a plus
