ROTATING CLEANERS

What does Coor offer you?

The employment is full-time and permanent (37.5 hours/week). Work shifts vary and can be in the morning or evening shift and occasionally on weekends.

Hiring for the position is according to the collective agreement for employees in the real estate service industry. We make sure that you get a good introduction to the destination and Coor’s operating methods. In addition to this, we offer the opportunity to complete, for example, a basic degree in the field of real estate and cleaning services alongside the job.

Cleaning tasks in the Coor team and what do we expect from you?

As a traveling cleaner, you play an important role in our team. You cheer on the scene when a substitute or extra hands are needed at the destination. You have previous cleaning experience and the skills to work in a variety of locations.

As a cleaner, your tasks include versatile cleaning tasks at our customer sites. Destinations are, for example, educational institutions, business premises and offices.

You have access to high-quality cleaning tools and equipment. In some locations, you work alone, in other locations, you work in pairs or as part of a larger cleaning team.

We hope that you use Finnish or English fluently as a working language and that you have a B driver’s license.

Persons selected for the position will undergo a personal credit check and drug testing.

The sifts are mainly from Monday to Friday, but occasionally there might be sifts on weekends. Salary is paid according to the collective agreement of the facilities services sector.

Cleaning tasks in the Coor team and our hopes for you?

As a cleaner, your duties include a wide range of cleaning tasks in various customer locations in the Tampere area. Our customers include for example schools, offices and shops. In some locations you will work as a member of a bigger team and in some alone.

You do not necessarily have to have earlier work experience in cleaning, but we expect you to have a good customer service attitude. We expect you to speak either good English or Finnish. In this position you need to have a driving license (B).
