About the role:

The Regional Supply Head Head (RSH) shall be the custodian of the brand expansion in their respective regions. The candidates shall be responsible:

• Branding and Positioning
• Market Research and sourcing
• Adept in contracting and negotiations
• Evaluate and implement industry best business practices,business growth ideas and concept
• Ensuring the flow of work across the operations function is at par with the overall business development goals
• Study operations of existing businesses modules and formulate innovative expansion plans
• Act as a subject matter expert in the regional team on training / coaching the regional team as and when required
• Provides leadership, direction, and support to the continued development of strategic initiatives
• Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to identify and drive initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 5 yrs of experience in business development, new acquisition
• From commercial leasing and franchising background
• Exceptional geographical knowledge and network
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• the ability and confidence to have difficult conversations with utmost ease

– Gold standard value system – someone who can uphold the highest degree of ethics and values

• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
• Understanding of Google Workspace
• Understand Hotel level P&L, cost and budget
• Strategic partner management skills and engagement
