Requirements
- Must be able to travel to Waterloo Region
- Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites
- Valid DZ Drivers License
- Ability to communicate and take direction
- Previous experience driving dump trucks
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to recognize, communicate and eliminate hazards
- Physical demands of sitting for long periods of time
Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect materials, aggregates and tools from various locations
- Ability to drive in tight settings, public areas and aggregate loading zones
- Safe driving record and CVOR abstract
- Ability to do float moves, secure loads
- Maintain safe operating procedures for loading/unloading
- Inspects and maintains the vehicle and trailers
- Performs other tasks as needed
- Complies with Company Safety Program
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Ability to work 10-14hours a day
