FIELD ENGINEER
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting for our clients across India. You will work closely with our customers to ensure the smooth operation of their equipment and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to client sites to install, maintain, and repair equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively
- Valid driver’s license
