LetsLink (Pty) Ltd requires the services of a Freelance Recruitment Resource/ Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with various recruitment projects in the healthcare sector. If you are passionate about recruitment then this opportunity is for you.

We are looking for a Freelance Recruitment Resource, that can support our Recruitment team in all aspects of the sourcing & administration process.

The successful candidate must have their own fully equipped home office, they will be required to work remotely.

Commission only, LetsLink is offering an excellent Commission structure

• The successful candidate will need to have exceptional administration skills, coupled with excellent communication skills; as well as thrive in a fast-paced, sales environment and be able to work on a high volume of Job specifications, with a quick turnaround time.
• Must have a minimum of 2 to 5 years EXP in a Recruitment Agency (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Must have working experience on the Applicant Tracking Systems Dittohire
• Must be able to source own candidates on current Client Job Specifications, be able to screen and interview Candidates for specific roles, type CVs, and perform various administrative duties in the recruitment process.
• Must have excellent typing skills and good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Must have the ability to listen, understand, and action tasks under their own work pace
• Build and maintain good relationships with LetsLink Business Development Consultants
• Must have exceptional grammar usage and spelling and good attention to detail.
