Clean public and employee showers and restrooms. Clean windows in public and employee areas. Clean floor surfaces in public and employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Dust surfaces in assigned areas. Empty trash receptacles, ashtrays, and ash urns found in public areas into appropriate containers. Inspect the condition of the furniture and verify that there are no breaks, tears, or stains and report the damage.
Clean and maintain lights. Post caution signs to reduce traffic where necessary. Contact other departments directly in case you need urgent repairs. Respond quickly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
Comply with all company security policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; Complete safety training and certifications. Ensure that both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain the privacy of company proprietary information; protect your assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team to achieve common goals. Meet expectations and quality assurance standards. Move at a speed that is required to respond to work situations (eg, run, walk, jog).
Reach above the head and below the knees, including stooping, turning at the waist, dragging, and stooping. Moving through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Moving on inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs. Go up and down ladders. Go up and down stairs and/or service ramps.

Ability to push and pull a loaded maintenance cart and other work-related machinery on inclined and uneven surfaces. stand, sit, kneel or walk for prolonged periods or very frequently during the entire work shift. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by your supervisors.
