You’ll Spend Time On The Following:

• Responsible for all recruiting, Contract staffing activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and onboarding the top talent
• You should be curious and willing to try new things in order to champion an amazing candidate experience
• Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through Internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals, etc.
• You will focus on individual/team objectives and the development of professional effectiveness
• We’re Excited About You If You Have:
• Must have IT Contract Staffing experience
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Strong understanding of the latest technologies
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System
• Strong process orientation, organization, and follow-up skills
• Excellent skills for sourcing through various job boards
• Excellent communication skills

We’re Excited About You If You Have:

• Must have a minimum of 8 months of Domestic Contract Staffing Experience for IT positions.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Strong understanding of the latest technologies
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System
