Full Job Description
Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting required legal documents in court
- Maintaining and updating court files and records
- Maintaining a record of all court proceedings
- Noting down the dates of all case proceedings
- Assisting in preparing court orders and summons
- Collecting and maintaining a record of all court fines
- Compiling list of juries for various court cases
- Helping clients and Lawyers in gathering court case related information
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Court Clerk, Law Clerk , or a similar role in the Legal industry
- Understanding and up-to-date with the legislative rules and regulations
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: ₹5,000.00 – ₹7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
