Job Role :- Customer care executive

Salary:- 12k CTC + 2000rs for attendance bonus

Skillset:- Good Communication Skills with no MIT or RTI issues, no grammatical or pronunciation errors

Languages:- English + Hindi

Max age:- 34 years

Qualification:- UG and Graduate from any field

Shift:- Day shift for females till 8pm / Rotational for males

Responsibilities:-

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Take the extra mile to engage customers

Interview mode:-

1) HR round

2) Ops round
